Lynniah Grayson is the CEO of Grayson Advocacy and Consulting, a researcher, consultant, and advocate with extensive experience in nonprofit management, human resources, and violence prevention. As the Founder and former Executive Director of Resilient In Sustaining Empowerment (RISE), she successfully secured nearly $3 million in funding over four years, creating jobs and expanding vital services to support survivors of gun violence. In 2024, she graduated from the University of Chicago’s Crime Lab Community Violence Intervention Leadership Academy, further solidifying her expertise in the field.
Having been personally impacted by gun violence, Lynniah combines her lived experience with a deep understanding of research-driven solutions to empower the CVI field.
